Here is everything you need to know about arriving at Freedom Conference.

WRISTBANDS //
(Required for Entry)
Entry to the Conference is via wristband. You can convert your e-ticket to a wristband before Friday 29th (by visiting us at Freedom Centre), or in line on Friday night.
Ticket Conversion Times
Tuesday 26th to Friday 29th May: 11:00am–2:00pm at Freedom Centre (9 Marsh Street)
Sunday 24th of May before and after our gatherings (10am and 6pm).
Friday 29th May from 4:30pm
If you have already converted your e ticket to a wristband, our team simply need to sight it, no waiting in line required!
PARKING // Freedom Centre
Disabled parking is available at our location.
Our carpark team will be able to assist you with where to park across the entire weekend.
There is off-site parking, street parking and parking available at local businesses.

ENTRY //
At every service we will have our incredible cafe open 1 hour before the start time. Doors to the auditorium will open 15 minutes before each session.
Please present your printed or digital ticket to be scanned upon entry. We'll convert tickets to bands from 4:30pm on Friday night for those who are not able to convert bands beforehand. Once your ticket has been scanned, you will receive a wristband, which must be worn at all times and is required for entry on Saturday. Our team will be available to you onsite to assist with ticket and wristband issues.

DOORS OPEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE EACH CONFERENCE SESSION.
KIDS //
Kids aged 1-10 years who are registered to Kids conference are being cared for on site at Freedom Centre Tauranga.
Kids aged 5-10 have some trips offsite - see the kids schedule for details.
Kids aged 3-10 will be going to Chipmunks Playland on Sunday evening (6PM service).
**YOU DO NOT NEED A CONFERENCE TICKET TO ATTEND ON SUNDAY 31st OF MAY 10AM + 6PM.
Full Kids Conference details will be sent in a separate email. If you have registered your children, you can find all the kids conference in the Kids Conference web app here.
YOUTH + INTERMEDIATES //
We know the youth will get so much out of being in the room at conference. There is no specific intermediates or youth programme.
They can look forward to social hangs at the following times.
SUNDAY- 4.00pm hangs + free feed @ Conference
We also will have intermediates and youth leaders helping seat them in the auditorium as a group.
FOOD + COFFEE //

Our Cafe and Snack Shop will be available throughout the weekend.
You’re also welcome to bring your own food for the breaks.

We love connecting before and after services so we encourage you to come early and enjoy spending time together!
Please note: No food or drink (other than water) is allowed in the auditorium.
We encourage all conference attendees to venture off for lunch during the lunch break on Saturday.

Our Merch this year has been very popular, if you didn’t manage to get your order in through our system, orders must be placed by 10pm on Sunday 24th of May in order to collect them on Friday night at conference from the info desk.
Alternatively, we will have limited stock available throughout the weekend.
