
This year, Kids Conference is going BIG.
Inspired by the story of David, this action-packed conference will help kids discover that God can use anyone who is willing to trust Him. From the fields to the battlefield, David’s journey shows us what it means to live with courage, faith, and confidence in God, no matter your size, age, or circumstance.
Across powerful sessions, worship, games, activities, and unforgettable moments, kids will learn that they were created to stand strong, trust God fully, and live boldly for Him.
Get ready for an epic adventure full of fun, faith, and fearless hearts.
Our team have an awesome weekend planned and are looking forward to taking care of your amazing kids, not only so you can relax and enjoy Freedom Conference 2026 - but also because they're also going to have their own incredible Kids Conference experience of their own!

6PM - 9PM Session One | David Movie Night
Please come dressed in comfy PJs and bring a blanket or soft toy!
SATURDAY 30th MAY
9AM - 12PM Session Two & Three | The Valley of Ellah Games
Kids will venture offsite safely to the Tauranga Domain for Olympic Games and Fun!
Please pack a lunchbox and waterbottle.
*No Kids Conference During Conference Electives
6PM - 9PM Session Four | Stone to Throne Party
Kids to come as dressed up as possible for a royal
SUNDAY 31st MAY
10AM Conference Sunday | Freedom Kids
6PM - 9PM Final Session | Chipmunks Excursion!
Kids aged 3-10 will safely walk to Chipmunks Playland where we have hired the entire menu!
Hot Chips provided, feel free to pack extra food for your kids if needed.
Please don't forget your socks and water bottle.
Freedom Centre Tauranga;

Kids will be dropped off and collected at Freedom Centre for all sessions, including outings.
PLEASE PICK YOUR CHILDREN UP
Kids will need to be collected at 12pm on Saturday.
There is no kids conference during the electives
1.30PM Leadership and 2.15PM Marriage, Masculinity and Other Offensive Ideas.
If they are able to sit through the elective then you are welcome to bring them with you.
HOW DO I CHECK MY CHILD IN?
Doors open 30 mins before sessions start for check in and settling in your children.
There are two ways you can convert your tickets to wrist bands:
1) in the lead up to conference during the week, at Freedom Centre. This means you won’t waste time in line on Friday night!
2) At the door on Friday Night.
No wristband no entry.
Kids need to be signed in and out on entry and exit for each Kids Conference Session.

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS UPSET?
We will have the same pager system as Sundays (last names will show on screen at Holy Trinity).
IS FOOD PROVIDED?
Light snacks provided.
Please pack a lunch box for Saturday Morning sessions.
WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
There is a great setup for the kids including age appropriate activities, face paint, bubble machine, fun games and prizes throughout the weekend.
BREASTFEEDING MUMS
A comfortable feeding room is available on-site throughout the conference with a viewing screen and audio feed.
The room also contains a private feeding area, kitchen with a fridge and microwave so you have what you need.
FREEDOM CENTRE TAURANGA
Check in opens 30 minutes before sessions start for settling in your children.
HOW DO I CHECK MY CHILD IN?
Kids need to be signed in and out at the check-in stations for each conference session.
Kids also need conference wristbands.
There are three options where you can convert your tickets into wristbands:
1) in the lead up to conference during the week, at Freedom Centre. This means you won’t waste time in line on Friday night!
2) at Freedom Kids Conference on Friday night. When you check in your kids we will have a team ready to convert your tickets there before you leave.
No wristband, no entry.

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS UPSET?
The Service Leader will contact the Event Host in the event your child needs you. Parents will be paged using the same system as a Sunday (Last name on screen). If your name is shown on the screen, please meet the Event Host at the Sound Desk to assess the situation and determine the best approach.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a drink bottle to every session.
